can form detect where replys come from?

Hello,
My webiste has several inventory, I wanted my customers to just send their info and not have to fill out the product name
My website uses this {$example} to track the page, is there anyway I can edit the css to autofill?

Hey Lil,
Not sure what you want exactly but whenever someone uses a form the IP address is automatically stored in the database.
And in the email reply (to you) you can specify all of the following extra information (just click on the Template Variables link):
Entry No. => {entry_no}
Date Created => {date_created}
IP Address => {ip_address}
Form ID => {form_id}
Form Name => {form_name}
Complete Entry => {entry_data}Hope this helps

:D Thanks, but that is not what I meant for example I have Inventory with specific stock numbers, each Item has it's own page I have a small contact form where the customer enters what Item they are inquiring about but sometimes they dont enter it correctly, Is it possible for the form to Auto fill or probably know which page it came from... the reason I say page is because each Item's title is the name of the page
For Example
Name: (customer enters)
Phone: (customer enters)
Stock# (Page Title because it's a sole item, would like for it to be detected)Thank You
