   Is possibile to have a short instruction to "add a new subscriber to a list" with CampaignMonitor?

   Would be highly appreciated a full tutorial like this:

   Thanks mike -- we're actually still working on a whole new documentation for MachForm 4 and CampaignMonitor integration tutorial will be included.

   For a very short instruction, basically you'll need to configure your notification setting like this:

   

   You'll need to replace the API Key and the List ID with your own values.

   - API Key: Login to your CampaignMonitor and click Account Settings -> Show API Key

   - List ID: Click on the name of the list you would like to subscribe into and click change name/type like this:

   

   You'll find your API Subscriber List ID there, something like this: 62a25b313e61006594889cf42b41df3d
   We'll need to use the above list ID to construct the website URL where we are sending our form data.

   The URL is like this:
   https://api.createsend.com/api/v3.1/subscribers/62a25b313e61006594889cf42b41df3d.json

   Replace the bold part above with your own List ID

   Hi Yuniar... thanks for the tutorial but I've a new problem.

   I've a request form with a checkbox (not required) to allow the people to subscribe to the newsletter... but I need to send the subscribe request (to the campaign monitor's list) only if the user select the checkbox.

   Is it possibile to set a logical rule with this instruction?
   "Send Form Data to Another Website" only if the checkbox "newsletter" is checked?
