Calling up Information from a previous form in a new form

I know the topic seems a bit weird let me explain what I am asking.

I have created form that will report when an Outage of one of our systems has occurred this form upon submission is emailed to 175 people via a group list we have set up. When the outage is resolved I need for the person(s) to be able to click a link to bring up the information already entered into the form in a new form so that when the issue is resolved we can then again send out the resolution email to the same group. This form when sent out is sent out in a very specific format which I know I can create using the email notification area. I hope that made sense if not ask away I will try to make it more detailed.

I don't know about "preloading" from a previous submission, but you can pre-populate the field(s) with values, by adding parameters in the URL string.

Maybe that's not precisely what you're after, but it is a starting point.

AMurray thank you for the reply. Not quite what I am needing. It was neat read on how to prepopulate a form with info but I am needing to pull all the information from an already submitted form in the database. I think I saw another post asking the same thing and the founder said it was not possible with 3.5 but 4.0 might have the feature. We have a form in place right now that will do that but that form is kind on on the broken side. Since I am unable to modify the php code directly using Machform I am left with trying to use its functionality to complete the same task.
