Blank page when I run installer

    I run installer and get a blank page.

    I added ini_set('display_error','1'); in config file and still get a blank page.

    I know sql data name. password and url is correct.

    data folder set to 777 at default location

    Using php v5

    suggestions?

    I'm having the exact same problem, everything went fine up until I logged in then nothing but a blank screen..It would be nice to know how you fixed the problem?

    when I edited my config.php file I accidental inserted a space.
    It is non forgiving - if I were you I would look there first.
    Maybe recreate that file and upload it again
