All forms error

All our forms seem to be too narrow suddenly. After some recommended changes to the includes/view file it all seemed to be ok. Then on returning later ALL our forms have similar symptoms of fields not fitting the width. We have cleared the cache etc. This happens on all workstations and on pc,s outside of out LAN. Any suggestions.?

Additional info.... It feels like the themes have all changed to have larger fonts, fields etc. Making a form's container wider helps some forms but others I can't make them any wider as thy won't fit in the website container.

Solved! I had been using Notepad to edit the the php files and the white spaces were causing problems. Many thanks to Yuniar for spitting this and cleaning up the files. Brilliant support!
