Admin panel not showing form

    Hi,

    My admin panel was working fine and now it wont let me view or edit the form?
    I can edit form css but not the form itself.

    At the bottom of my screen it displays 'loading data' but nothing happens?

    Please help!!

    Also, it wont allow me to save a new form, its does nothing when i click 'save form'

    Not sure what to say on this one... Are you getting any other errors when you try to submit? Have you changed anything else on the application side of things? And what browser are you using? Could it be a caching issue or something similar? Did you manually remove any data or tables from the database directly?

    Hi

    None of the above!

    It is still not showing my form.

    What do you suggest?

    Should i replace certain files with the original machform files that i downloaded to begin with? Which ones do you suggest?

    Im just going to replace all fles and start again!

    I was afraid to 're-install' this as im not sure how licencing works?

    COuld you explain that for me? Is it one licence per website - how do you monitor this?

    I dont want to risk losing a licence because of something silly!

    Yes, Thanks for the speedy response Yuniar. I "copy n' pasted" one of the "session" solutions from this forum and sent it to my host ISP -- they helped solve the problem; as some of us cant get to the (very) back-end -- or at least I cant and dont want to!!

    I am going to follow up with them shortly regarding the php.ini, safe mode deal -- to view css and handle the uploading files.

    yuniar, I just forwarded the email from my host -- that says the php safe mode is off -- yet I still cannot edit the css, or accept file uploads.

    I'm having the same problem as hipfish above. Created a new form and was able to edit it. When I tried to edit it again after a while I couldn't access it anymore. I can view it but clicking "Edit Form" shows an empty area where form field s shoulbe be and the message in the bottom blue bar is "Loafing Data...".

    What was the solution to hipfish's problem?
