Address field, city label too close to the below input field

    Hi,
    I noticed a little display issue with the address in default mode (i.e not the US state dropdown). It looks like the spacing between span_3 (city) and span_4 (state) is not as the other ones, which makes City and State closer to the below fields and potentially considering them as the labels.
    It can be seen on the demo with firebug.

    By removing the class state_list on these 2 span in view-functions.php, it looks better.
    I have also added a class 'clear' on span_5 (postal zip code) to correct a layout problem with safari on mac that may have then been introduced.
