Adding form to Wordpress Page

    Hi , How do I add my form to a wordpress page so that it is directly on my site with my navigation bar above it?

    Simply create the page (or edit an existing one) and then paste your form code into the page. That should embed the form into your page.

    You need to add the code as Yuniar says, to the article editor in Wordpress - in the "code" view not the "WYSIWYG" view. If something is not quite working, it may be a Wordpress issue, so suggest you head over to the Wordpress forum : http://wordpress.org/support/.
