   Hello,

   Is it possible for me to modify the code to add two buttons in the view entry panel that will email a canned response to the submitter of the form?

   I have an employment form and I want to be able to have the HR person click accept or decline( sending a canned email) to the email address of the submitter.

   Technically speaking it is possible to do so. However, I'm afraid the code won't be quite simple and we won't be able to provide you with the code.
   I suggest to hire programmer for this.

   Basically you will need to modify the "view_entry.php" file and add the method to send the email response there.

   We also are looking at this function, we would like to be able to have staff maintain their own HR records by requesting a link from us, we should then be able to send them a link to their entry.

   This option would dramatically increase the uses of machform beyond just submitting forms, but to actually creating maintainable databases for employers with an incredibly easy to use interface.
