Add "tax" or % of price fields for "service fee"

    Is it possible to calculate selected price fields on a form to include a "tax" or "service fee" for using the payment option? For some items we need to apply a tax so to build it in on the form would be very advantageous.

    I'm afraid it won't be possible to apply tax to individual items. However, through some small modification, it is possible to apply a tax to the whole total payment. If this is okay for you, I can help you with the modification.
