   I know that machform wasn't designed for this, but I'm wondering if there's any way I could get this to work.

   I need to set up a form that will add together the values of selected radio button fields, display the total of those values to the user, and then let them print out the form result to send in with a check. For example, the form would have three radio button fields like this:

   Membership Fee:
   - Annual Membership Fee ($50)

   Book Rating Fees:
   - Rating for book with fewer than 150 pages ($25)
   - Rating for book with 151-300 pages ($30)
   - Rating for book with 301 or more pages ($35)

   Video Rating Fees:
   - Rating for video with less than 10 minutes ($30)
   - Rating for video with 10:01 - 15 minutes ($35)
   - Rating for video with more than 15 minutes ($40)

   I would like for there to be a field somewhere on the page where the person filling out the form could see the total they are going to need to pay as the options are selected. Then, after they submit the form they would need to be taken to a page where they can print out the results of the form, including the amount they need to pay, and mail that form in with a check.

   Is there any way I could get something like this to work in machform?

   Technically speaking, this is possible by using some Javascript code. Using jQuery, you could build the custom calculation for your forms.

   However, this would require pretty much custom code and very specific for that particular form, which I'm afraid we can't help much with. Sorry.

   I suggest to hire programmer to do this.
