   I looked in the forums but wasn't able to find this.

   I want to be able to add links in various places in the form to have instructions appear in a separate page (new window) about the form.

   For instance:

   Are you sending in a video for review?
   Click "here" for instructions on how to submit a video.

   Yes
   No

   Thanks for your help. GREAT product!

   Simply paste the HTML tag for the link into your field label.

   Example:
   

   Click <a href="http://www.example.com/info.php" target="_blank">here</a>
   for instructions on how to submit video.

   Let me know if you are having any difficulty.
