   I went in to try to fix the error messages from upgrading SQL versions, but I couldn't remember my password, so I reset it. Could that be it? I opted to pay for installation, so I don't know what to reset it to (and it was forever ago). If I purchase an upgrade and install, can it be fixed all at one time?

   Yes, that was password issue. We've replied to your support ticket and fixed the error but need your confirmation regarding the upgrade.

   Wow. I continue to to be super impressed with Machforms and the customer service you provide. You fixed my issue and already had my update taken care of by the time I woke up this morning!!
