Accessibility Issue

I've been using MachForm for a while for a division within a state university and we need to make sure all the content is Accessible according to the Section 508 Accessibility guidelines here in the US. One issue I'm having is that one of the guidelines states that you must "Explicitly associate form controls and their labels with the LABEL element". There are some MachForm elements that do not use the "for" attribute within the <label> tag so these elements are not associated with their form input tag. I've noticed this in several places. For example: on the "First" label and the "Last" label within the form element and also on the "HH", "MM", and "AM/PM", tags for times.

Are there any changes I can make in the code to get these forms compliant? It's a rather big issue for us being part of a state institution. Hopefully this all makes sense - let me know if you need any more information and thanks for your help!

I think this one is pretty easy adjustment. Please contact me directly and send me your "includes/view-functions.php" file.

I'll make sure any future update to use the "for" attributes as well. Thanks for the feedback!
