About the IP address Limit Feature

I have seen the info that MachForm can limit entries from a single IP to one and saw that the user in this post had to make an edit for his specific situation.
I am about to purchase MachForm but want to know if this is something that is "always on/active" or is it something that can be added if/when wanted or needed?
In my need my workplace is going to have a "form submission" PC located in a general access area that will be used for all form submissions. So I will need that one PC, therefore that single IP address, to be able to submit an unlimited number of forms per day etc. Thanks

I'm not really sure what do you mean by "always on/active" -- but your customization will be exist as long as you are not removing it. Is that what you mean?

I guess I am trying to determine if this is a default behavior or something that can be turned off.

It is off by default, you can turn it on or off for each form you create.

Ahh excellent - that's what I needed to know.
Thanks
