   I just upgraded to 3.5 yesterday and have the following issues:
   1) The percentage box doesn't show up when you click on "Add sales tax" in the payment form
   2) For some reason I am unable to put in url for logo, or upload a logo in custom theme options

   Any ideas?

   Addressing Question (2):

   I had this exact issue, solution below worked for me. I was using Firefox, so not sure this is purely a Google Chrome problem

   Address question (1):

   Suggest again, as with Question (2), clear your browser cache. If you have already tried this, and problem continues, report back.
